Art direction and design for an eLearning module

This e-Learning module serves as a refresher training for customer service representatives. I collaborated with instructional designers and subject matter experts who wanted this training course to have a ski lodge theme. This design is supplemented with interactivity and animations in Adobe Captivate. ​
